REVAMP


When i reach home today, my family were lying on the bed, viewing the catalogues for the furnitures. My dad wanna revamp our whole house. I think his crazy, i'll rather we shift to a new house.


But i can't be bothered.. To them, they think i treat my house as a hotel. So it makes no difference to me, so long i have my place to sleep and bathe.


So they chose the furnitures for my room for me! At first i went 'Why don't you lemme choose myself instead?!' but my mum goes:
'You have the time meh?!'
She's quite right.. All our scheldule can't meet. Been so long since we went out to have a dinner as a family and shop together.


I was okay with the furnitures they chose for me. Simple yet classy. Just stick to the colour black. A single bed, a dressing table and a bigger wardrobe. I will shop for the others myself perharps, when i have the time. Think i'll need to get myself a pretty full length mirror, and maybe a nice tall lamp.

Think the biggest obsticle to revamp my room, is to just clear everything in my room. My current furniture is horrible. A 'two-storey' all in one. Study table, wardrobe in the 'second floor', and my bed and a sliding cupboard on the 'first'.


Clearing everything will take me days. I don't even think i have the courage to open the sliding cupboard at the side. Will there be a family of lizards or croakroaches nestling there?
Books, rubbish, clothes..


Next will be the painting part. What colour should i paint my walls???


My current room is themed blue&white. The blue is quite sickly. Should i go for pink? Or grey?


My room is actually quite big.. Cause my current furniture takes up alot of space. I wonder after throwing away this set of furniture and changing to the new one, if i will get use to it?
And if i didn't remember wrongly, there's a small window behinde my current set of furniture! We covered it with the back of my wardrobe since the day we move in.
I hope the window isn't ugly. Cause i really forgetten how it even looks like.


Come to think of it, isn't it weird to have two sets of windows in a single room??




Actually i can't wait to revamp my room! Hehe.
Anyone has any good ideas for a relaxing pretty room? Comment me!
I might consider a collage of photos on one of my walls,
But i must have friends to take pictures with me first!
